Shipping & Billing

  • We only ship to verified addresses. Payments made from unconfirmed addresses will be returned.  We do not require signatures in order for a delivery to take place.

  • All products will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground.

  • All items are packed in excellent condition when shipped to you.

  • Every reasonable precaution is taken to protect equipment for shipping.

  • All items are in their individual manufacturer packaging.

  • FULL SHIPPING INSURANCE IS REQUIRED for all products in the event of damage or loss during transit to you. The Buyer is repsonsible for filing a claim with the Carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).  As part of any claim, the box and all packaging materials MUST be kept for the Carrier to inspect.

  • Acceptable forms of payment are: Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. International credit cards are not accepted (even if shipping in the USA).

  • For Credit Card payments, please call (734) 994-9199 x239, during regular business hours (Please see the hours of operation listed in the Contact Us section below).

  • Winning bidders must confirm their order by calling (734) 994-9199 x239 within two (2) business days after notification of close of auction.

  • All Michigan Residents and Busineeses MUST PAY 6.0% sales tax.

Warranty & Return Policies

Warranty:

Most products egismoz™ sells come with a Manufacturer's Parts and Labor Warranty. The length, terms, and conditions of each warranty depend upon the products purchased and the Manufacturer.  All Manufacturer Warranties are provided direct from the Manufactuer and not egismoz™. 

If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from egismoz, please contact the Manufacturer directly through its website, 800 number, or other available customer support method.  Any products specifically designated as carrying an egismoz™ Warranty will be processed in accordance with the currently established terms and conditions of the egismoz™ Warranty Policy. 

Whenever available, egismoz™ strongly recommens that you purchase an Extended Warranty Plan for your products.  Extended Warranties are sold and provided by a nationally recognized, insured, third-party Extended Warranty Provider.

Non-Defective Returns (NDR):

Non-Defective products may be returned in accordance with egismoz's NDR Policy.  To facilitate a NDR, you MUST do all of the following:  

  1. Request an RMA.  Properly request an RMA (Retrun Merchandise Authorization) for your products no more than seven (7) days from the date the Carrier (usually UPS or FedEx) first attempted to deliver the products to you.  In all cases and under all circumstances, the Carrier's Tracking Data is the sole and official source used by egismoz to determine the date of any delivery attempt and of final delivery.  Upon receipt of an RMA number from us, you must immediately return the authorized products in accordance with all egismoz™ RMA procedures.  See RMA Procedures below.  egismoz™ is NOT responsible for products that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped or delivered to us, our designated third-party, or affiliates.

  2. Unopened NDR.  Non-Defective products that are returned unopened (all packaging unopened and in original condition including, but not limited to, shrinkwrap and other similar wrappings) AND have an authorized egismoz™ RMA number will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges, if received by us at our proper address no more than fourteen (14) days after the Carrier's first attempt to deliver the products to you.  egismoz™ is NOT responsible for products that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to us, our designated third-party, or affiliates.

  3. Opened NDR.  Non-Defective products that have been opened may be returned.  However, such products are subject to our then current Restocking Fees to cover the cost of testing, cleaning, and repackaging the products. In addition to a Restocking Fee, a charge of up to 100% of the purchase price will be assessed for products that are returned "Incomplete".  A product is designated Incomplete if it is returned with missing, damaged, used or opened: original packaging, packing materials, manuals, registration cards, batteries, software, power cords, adapters, cables, tools, consumables (such as, but not limited to, ink, toner, and the like) or any other miscellaneous parts, documents, and/or materials.  Any product that has been registered, in any form, can not be returned under any circumstances.  In the case of a product that is returned Incomplete, at our sole discretion, in lieu of a Restocking Fee and other charges, we may elect to return the Incomplete product to you at your expense.

  4. Return Shipping.  You are solely responsible for the cost of Return Shipping.  When returning a product for any reason, the product itself and all original packaging, packing materials, manuals, registration cards, batteries, software, power cords, adapters, cables, tools, and all other miscellaneous parts, documents, and materials must be included and must be in original condition.  Any product that is registered, in any way, will not be eligible for return or RMA and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Defective On Arrival (DOA):

On ocassion, products arrive defective.  While egismoz™ makes every effort to ensure that this doesn't happen, it's unavoidable in the world of consumer electronics.  If a product should arrive DOA, egismoz™ will, after verifying its DOA status, Exchange it or provide a Store Credit.  To facilitate a DOA, you MUST do all of the following:

  1. DOA Exchange.  Should an exact replacement for a DOA product not be available, at egismoz's™ discretion, a suitable replacement with similar features will be issued. If a suitable replacement is not available within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your RMAed products, egismoz™ will issue a Store Credit in the original amount of your purchase which can be applied toward a future order. Store Credits expire twelve (12) months after date of issue.  DOA products are subject to our then current Restocking Fees and a charge of up to 100% of the purchase price if they are returned "Incomplete".  That is, the product is returned with missing, damaged, used or opened: original packaging, packing materials, manuals, registration cards, batteries, software, power cords, adapters, cables, tools, consumables (such as, but not limited to, ink, toner, and the like) or any other miscellaneous parts, documents, and/or materials.  Only damage directly related to the DOA issue is not subject to a Restocking Fee or other charges.  DOA product that has been registered, in any form, can not be return to egismoz™ under any circumstances and must be processed by you, at your expense, through the Manufacturer's Warranty program.  In the case of a product that is returned Incomplete, at our sole discretion, in lieu of a Restocking Fee and other charges, we may elect to return the Incomplete product to you at your expense.

  3. DOA Return Shipping.  In the case of an authorized DOA RMA, egismoz™ will issue a "Call Tag" to cover the cost of DOA Return Shipping.  It is your responsiblity to properly repack the product, to arrange for its  pickup by the Carrier, or to take the properly repacked product to the Carrier's distribution center.  If, at a later date, it is determined by us that the product was not in fact, DOA, you agree to be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to return the products to you and for the costs related to the DOA Return Shipping.  When returning a product to egismoz™ for any reason, the product itself and all original packaging, packing materials, manuals, registration cards, batteries, software, power cords, adapters, cables, tools, and all other miscellaneous parts, documents, and materials must be included and must be in original condition.  Product consumables (such as, but not limited to, ink, toner, and the like) and parts that have been opened, used or are missing or damaged, materials or manuals that are missing or damaged, will be charged back to customer at their retail value.  Any product that is registered, in any way, will not be eligible for return or RMA and will be shipped back to the you at your expense.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA Request:

An RMA is required for all Returns of any kind. An RMA will be issued only for qualified Defective on Arrival (DOA) or Non-Defective Returns (NDR) merchandise. Any products returned or refused by you without receipt of an RMA, will be subject to our then current Restocking Fee.

All RMA requests must be made via email to: returns@egismoz.com.  The Subject Line of the email MUST be "RMA Request".  In the main body of the email you MUST include all of the following information (your RMA request can not be completed without ALL of this information):  the Purchaser's name, address, telephone number, email address, Date of Purchase, Invoice Number, Part Number, Product Description, and the specific reason for the RMA request.  egismoz™ is not responsible for delays related to improper RMA requests. 

Issuing an RMA:

Provided that you make a valid RMA request, upon receipt of your emailed RMA request, within three (3) business days egismoz™ will issue to you, to the email address from which the RMA originated, an egismoz RMA number.  RMAs can only be issued by email and are assumed to have been received by you on the date the RMA number is sent by us to the email address from which your RMA request originated.  We are not responsible for lost or undelivered emails.  If you do not receive an RMA number within three (3) business days of your original request, it is your sole responsibility to contact us by email or by phone, (734) 994-9199 x239, to inquire as to the status of your RMA number. 

Shipping RMAs:

You must ship the RMA authorized products to our proper address within seven (7) days of receiving our RMA number.  Products received by us that have not been authorized as part of any authorized RMA will be returned to you at your expense. 

A CORRECT RMA NUMBER MUST APPEAR CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE SHIPPING LABEL OF EACH PACKAGE.  ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT A LEGIBLE VALID RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED. 

You must ship the products through a national shipper (such as, UPS, FedEx, USPS) that provides a Tracking Number(s) accessible via the Internet.  Upon receipt of your Tracking Number(s), you must email the Tracking Number(s) and Shipper information to returns@egismoz.com

The subject line of the email MUST include your RMA Number and "Tracking Numbers".  All products must be insured by you when shipped.  egismoz™ is not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit to us, our designated third-party, or affiliates.  Your products will be refused, and no refund or store credit will be provided, if the products arrive more than:  ten (10) days after issuing a RMA number in the case of a DOA product; or, fourteen (14) days after the Carrier's first attempt to deliver the products to you in the case of a NDR products.

Issuing Refunds, Credits, or Exchanges:

No Refunds, Credits or Exchanges will be issued before the original product has been returned to our location, tested for defects, classifed as Unopened or Incomplete, or designated as a Manufacturer's warranty issue.  When issued, Refunds and Credits can only be applied to the same exact credit card that was used for the original purchase.

egismoz™ tries very hard to serve its customers well. Unfortunately, accepting all returns without questions or limitations is just not possible. By honoring the above polices, egismoz can continue to bring you affordably priced, quality, name-brand products.
